Seventy-twohours after an illegal entry, all minors are to be returned to their home country of origin. Illegal entry of a female person with an unborn fetus -the fetus has no legal standing on automatic citizenship rights. Therefore, no unborn or infant can apply for citizenship on behalf of the natural birth mother.
